About Stellara

Stellara is an astrology app built to make your birth chart easier to understand and easier to return to. It starts with the things people actually look for: your birth chart, Sun sign, Moon sign, Rising sign, compatibility, daily guidance, numerology, and Chinese zodiac. Then it lets you ask questions about your chart in plain language.

The app is built and maintained by Attainment Labs, an AI product studio based in Toronto, Canada.

What Stellara covers

A complete birth chart reading requires more than your Sun sign. Stellara calculates your Western chart, including Sun, Moon, Rising, planetary placements, and houses. It also adds your Chinese zodiac sign and element, plus your numerology life path and expression numbers.

Ask Stellara lets you explore questions like "Why do I struggle with commitment?" or "What career paths suit my chart?" and receive answers grounded in your actual placements, not generic horoscope copy.

How the content on this site is produced

The zodiac profiles, compatibility guides, placement pages, Chinese zodiac animal profiles, and numerology pages on this site are written by the Stellara editorial team. All content is grounded in established astrological and numerological tradition and reviewed for accuracy against standard reference sources before publication.

Each page covers the dimensions that matter most: personality traits, love and relationship style, career fit, shadow side, mythological and historical context, and frequently asked questions. We publish reference content across all 12 Western zodiac signs, all 66 sign pairings, 11 planetary placements across 12 signs, all 12 Chinese zodiac animals, and life path numbers 1 through 9.

Chart calculation methodology

Natal charts in Stellara are calculated using the Swiss Ephemeris, the same astronomical data source used by professional astrology software worldwide. Planetary positions are accurate to within one arc-second. House cusps use the Placidus system, the most widely adopted house division method in Western astrology.

Chinese zodiac assignments use an accurate lunar calendar conversion that correctly handles the January and February edge cases where the Chinese New Year has not yet occurred. Numerology life path numbers use the Pythagorean system: full birth date digits summed and reduced, with master numbers 11, 22, and 33 preserved.

Data sources

Astrological interpretations on this site draw from the established corpus of Western astrology literature, including the traditions codified by Ptolemy, Lilly, and the modern synthesis developed through the 20th century by authors such as Liz Greene and Howard Sasportas. Chinese zodiac content draws on traditional Chinese astrological frameworks as documented by scholars of Chinese metaphysical traditions. Numerology content follows the Pythagorean system as developed and popularized through the work of numerologists in the 20th century.

No individual practitioner claims are made or implied. All interpretive content reflects the mainstream consensus of each tradition's literature, not the personal views of any single author.
